By placing an order on our Site you are agreeing to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability.
In order to place an order with Bluff Tanning Company you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. Bluff Tanning Company retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will send a confirmation email to you. When placing an order with Bluff Tanning Company you agree that all details you provide to us are accurate and true, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Prices advertised on our website are subject to change, and apply to any subsequent orders placed.

Pricing and Availability
Prices advertised on our website are subject to change. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment
Your card will be debited once your order has been accepted.

Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment via Royal Mail First Class post (United Kingdom orders) or Royal Mail Airmail (International orders). Dispatch times may vary according to availability and Bluff Tanning Company is unable to control Royal Mail/courier delivery times. Delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

If a customer's order is returned to us undelivered, the return shipping costs and redelivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If the customer wishes to cancel their order once it has been returned to us, we will issue a refund if the order is cancelled within 30 days of the order date, and the actual postage costs and any return postage costs will be deducted from the total.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address the customer has provided when placing the order. If a customer has provided us with incorrect or incomplete delivery details and the order is returned to us undelivered, full return and redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to control the delivery time, therefore to avoid disappointment any special requests to receive an order by a certain date must be made prior to placing an order.

Only orders that have not been delivered within 15 working days of dispatch can be declared as "missing" or "lost". If your order is declared as "missing" or "lost" by Royal Mail, we will be re-sending your order as soon as we have received confirmation of this from Royal Mail. Orders cannot be re-sent until we have had confirmation from Royal Mail that your parcel is "missing" or "lost". Refunds will not be issued until we have received confirmation or compensation from Royal Mail. These are standard Royal Mail terms and conditions, which Bluff Tanning Company must adhere to.

Delivery costs start from £1.99 for delivery within the United Kingdom. International customers must choose the European/International shipping option during checkout.

Returns & Cancellations
An Order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned to Bluff Tanning Company within 14 days of delivery. Delivery date is deemed as no later than 5 days after dispatch. Items must be returned unopened and unused.

If you would like to return your order, you must contact us at info@blufftanning.co.uk to receive full return instructions prior to returning any items to us. Failure to follow these instructions will result in no refund being given.

Postage costs are not refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right not to refund items returned to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Such items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. The customer will be notified of the applicable charges. If the customer sends the item back to us again or refuses to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of the customer's goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to the customer in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
